I went to have my retainer replaced, which had lasted ten years at my dentist in Madrid, and since then it has broken five times. Three of them I have gone to the clinic, the fourth I went to another orthodontist, who told me that they glued the retainer on old glue, which was quite crappy, and now the fifth time, it is a different retainer. Paying almost 200 euros for such TERRIBLE quality is not normal. I will certainly go to the other clinic.
